Is there a minimum age requirement for attending your shows?
We recommend it to be 13+ because the stories we tell on stage are better understood by the adult audience, but our shows are also suited for children.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Of course, we even encourage you to offer gifts. After you make your reservation, your name will be at the entrance of the theatre on a list. The person who received your gift has to say your name for us to find the reservation.

What is the refund policy?
Through our website, you can reserve your seat(s). Buying the tickets is available at the theatre or through the booking platforms, which have their refund policies. If you reserved your seat(s) through our website or our phone number, we kindly ask you to contact us when you are sure you can’t honor the reservation so we can offer your seats to someone else.

What happens if the play is canceled?
We will send you an email to the email address used when you contacted us to inform you.

Are your shows subtitled in English?
Upon request, we can offer English subtitles. Please mention this when you are reserving your seat(s) or after arriving at the theatre.
