Is there a minimum age requirement for attending your shows?
Each show has a minim age requirement because the stories we tell on stage are better understood by the adult audience, but our shows are also suited for children.

How can I contact Lightwave Theatre Company?

Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Of course, we even encourage you to offer gifts. If you made a reservation, your name will be at the entrance of the theatre on a list. The person who received your gift has to say your name for us to find the reservation. If you purchased a ticket, instruct the person you offer the ticket to present it to our colleague at the entrance to scan it.

What is the refund policy?
Through our website, you can reserve your seat(s). Buying the tickets is available at the theatre or through the booking platforms, which have their own refund policies. If you reserved your seat(s) through our website or our phone number, we kindly ask you to contact us when you are sure you can’t honor the reservation so we can offer your seats to someone else.

What happens if the play is canceled?
We will send you an email to the email address used when you contacted us to inform you and if you purchased your ticket online, you will receive a full refund.

Can I reserve my seat(s) over the phone?
It depends on the show. Call us or text us (WhatsApp included) at +40 740 067 505 and we will offer this information to you.

Are your shows subtitled in English?
Upon request, we can offer English subtitles to some of them. It’s better to call us or message us in advance.
